Serving as Director of Operations, Aeshia Dowden continues to be a great asset to Smith Empire LLC. She aids to help the company in different areas such as dispatching, payroll, booking appointments for future business deals,  assists with the process of company startups. Aeshia wears many hats within the company to ensure Smith Empires' daily business operations runs smoothly. Prior to joining Smith Empire, Aeshia was employed with United States Postal Service, where she became interested in learning freight and logistics. Aeshia is very driven, goal oriented, passionate, centered, hard working, God fearing, and attentive woman who puts her all into her work. She loves her position here at Smith Empire and she continues to grow and learn more about the trucking industry each and everyday. Mrs. Dowden plans to continue to help Smith Empire uphold a safe, reliable, and dependable reputation in the trucking industry along with #1 customer service, knowledge of the trucking industry, and drivers' safety and compliance.
